Public Hearing Notices
Notice is hereby given that the Weber County Commission will hold a public hearing on October 26, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, to consider and/or take action on Zoning Petition #2010-03 by Snowbasin Resort Company to rezone property and approve a Snowbasin Resort concept plan that consists of commercial, recreational and approximately 2500 units of residential development. The project boundary encompasses land located, primarily, on both sides of Trapper Loop Road, spanning (south) from its intersection with Highway 39 to the Weber/Morgan County Line. The proposed rezone covers approximately 3,808 acres and, if approved, will change the existing Resort’s zoning from Forest Valley-3 (FV-3), Forest-5 (F-5), and Forest-40 (F-40) to the Ogden Valley Destination and Recreation Resort Zone (DRR-1).
Copies of the proposal may be reviewed prior to the hearing in the Weber County Planning Division Office, Suite 240, in the Weber Center.

The Western Weber Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 in the
County Commission Chambers located at 2380 Washington Blvd., beginning at 5:00 PM to consider
amending the West Central Weber County General Plan Transportation Element. The proposed
amendment will revise the corridor alignment for North Legacy Parkway moving it west from 4700
West.
The recommended corridor is represented on Map 3‐2. It extends north from the West Haven City /
Hooper City border at approximately 3300 South and 5100 West, travels west through unincorporated
Weber County to about 6300 West before bending back to Plain City. There is one short segment on the
north end in the unincorporated county before going into Box Elder County.
